1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Book Bhutan Tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Book Bhutan Tour.

2. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit as specified in your tour quotation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

All prices are quoted in USD and are per person unless stated otherwise. Prices include all items listed in the tour inclusions and exclude anything not mentioned therein.

Book Early & Save — Enjoy Bhutan's Reduced Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) SDF Until 31 August 2027.

3. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply:

• • Cancellation 60+ days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
• • Cancellation 30–59 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
• • Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• • Cancellation 0–14 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bookbhutantour.com.

4. Visas & Entry Requirements

All foreign nationals (except Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian citizens) require a tourist visa to enter Bhutan. Book Bhutan Tour will assist in obtaining the necessary visa clearance, however it is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and comply with all entry requirements. Book Bhutan Tour accepts no liability for denied entry.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Book Bhutan Tour is not responsible for any costs arising from the absence of adequate insurance.

6. Itinerary Changes

Book Bhutan Tour reserves the right to alter itineraries, routes, or accommodations due to weather, road conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide alternatives of equal or greater value and will communicate changes as early as possible.

7. Liability

Book Bhutan Tour acts as a ground operator and facilitator. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during your tour due to factors beyond our control, including acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party supplier failures. Participation in all activities is at the traveller's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.
